For those of you who live in/frequent the city, do you know of a safe place to park my car overnight? Ideally around CC or South Philly. Much like many of you I don't like the idea of street parking or valet.

The parking garage right next to the Bellevue Hyatt on South Broad Street. A little pricey but TOTALLY safe. I use this facility occasionally and a monthly pass is available. They even have a car wash/detailer on the 7th floor of the facility that was once “Best of Philly” years ago..

I have been using Premier for work on my current, and previous 993. As you said, Mike and team are pleasant to deal with, have never had any problems, car always parked inside, and I can drop off and walk home easily...

Good to hear, the other places have good reviews but they are the closest to me. I have to get the IMS, AOS, RMS and clutch done on my 996 and just wanna make sure it's done right.

Dropping mine off for suspension replacement next week... along with several other little "here and there" things...

Philly Auto Show
I thought the Porsche display was lame. Couple smug salespeople I didn't even care to talk to. Not a single GT car. Only 911 was the blue 992 up on a stand. Couldn't even look at the interior. I spent more time in the Toyota section. BMW wasn't even the there.

Counting the days until the Porsche Swap Meet in Hershey and praying I can get through break-in on the GT3 before it comes around...

Completely agree with you. Worst Porsche showing I can remember -- mostly SUV's, the Pano-wagon, and then the 992, which wouldn't be so bad except for that god-awful little razor stick shift thingy, and as you noted, no GT cars. If this is the Porsche of the future, I'm shopping around or taking up golf! I love the Philly Auto Show, take my boys every year, and often do the Black Tie Event, but this one was disappointing. I noticed a few other makes with limited fleets (e.g. Mercedes), and BMW didn't even show up!
