Default MD - Recommendation "WANTED" - Powder Coating

Hi All,

I'm going to have my intake & cam covers powder coated. I'm looking for a recommendation for a shop in the Baltimore - Annapolis - Washington, DC - Northern Virginia area.

Any and all info appreciated.

TIA

Don

Since nobody recommends any shops in this area, I'm sending everything to CrossLink in Dallas, Texas.

It may be too late, but there's a place in Elderburg (I think) MD (between Frederick and Baltimore), called MD Industrial Coaters. They do both powder and ceramic coating. Their work is decent and their pricing is quite reasonable. Don't have the number handy but that should be enough info to find them through Directory Assistance if you're still looking.

There is also a place in Manassas, Va. called American Stripping. They do a great job powder coating, chrome plating, etc.

Hi, Don,

I had AFI Powdercoating (410-888-9228 8844-B Washington Blvd, Jessup, MD 20794) powdercoat my DAS rollbar. They did a geat job for a fair price.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the recommendation. I went to AFI & dropped off my intake & cam covers to have them powder coated. I'll let you know the results.

Don
