Hey all - forecast looking good so far. This may be our last opportunity this year for many including me. Let’s get a headcount. @DSC48 proposed route on post #38. That may work well given people coming from all over. Assuming same crowd showing. If not, we can adjust route. Also, if u/anyone has suggestions…post it! We have time to figure out route. If weather stays 60s to 80 and no rain….we’ll have a good time, whatever the route!

I just did Shenandoah Skyway on my way to Tail of the Dragon. I would HIGHLY RECOMMOND this road trip! The Dragon is better than I imagined. What an incredible trip. We drove down Sat-Sun, with Mon-Tues being our driving days in the Smokey Mountains and Foothill Mountains. Amazing roads. I went on to Florida which is where my new-to-me Boxster now resides. That 981 is an INCREDIBLE car! The more I drove it, the more I wanted to drive it. Great road trip car too. Overall, just wow!
