PIWIS 3 in NYC/Manhattan/BK

Wondering if anyone has a PIWIS3 to help me code my new headlights on my 997. shouldn’t take more than 15-30 minutes and happy to buy you lunch, a drink or pay for time.

I am also looking for a shop or anyone has PIWIS 3... I need to reset the Lane Change Assist for my 2023 Taycan. My PPF installer removed the side mirrors when he put PPF film on the doors. Pls let me know...TIA
