Hello,

I'm on OH, but searching for a 986 Boxster pretty much anywhere within a day's drive. Found a promising looking one in Queens. One owner car that lived in the south until December with a Carfax showing a long history of dealer and independent service. Looks like this Queens dealer picked it up at auction with minor front end damage (bumper cover replaced) and repaired it. Not a perfect paint match, but I'm looking for a daily, not a garage queen. Long ownership and what looks like like proper care are the draw. I'm looking for someone near them to do a PPI, since inspecting in person isn't really possible.

After a search here, I contacted Formula Motorsports but they only work on 911s. A general "Porsche mechanic in Queens" search came up with M-Spec Performance only minutes from where the car is. On paper they look promising, anyone in the area know anything about them?
