Pls help: how to register car during corona shutdown.
Just bought a car from a private seller out of state. Have tittle and everything insurance already setup...
how do I register the car during corona virus?
Ive checked all the NY state and local websites...there’s apparently no way to do this electronically.
any advice suggestions welcome

In my state (not NY), if you purchase vehicle out of state, you have to bring to DMV, so they can lay eyes on it, no exceptions.

Registry runner services are still allowed in the MA RMV since they do bulk transactions (e.g. registering vehicles for dealers), and private individuals can be included.
