PA Members - Looking for a black D.A.R.E. license plate
My registration is due and I'm trying to find a nice black D.A.R.E. license plate for my black C2S. Apparently these are now collectors items. If you happen to have a nice one for a reasonable cost, please shoot me a PM.

My understanding is you can’t transfer them between owners, have you heard otherwise? I asked about a flagship niagara (if anyone has a transferable one, I will buy).

I honestly don't know the official rules, but will share my experience...
When I bought a new Jeep in 2015 the dealer gave me a new plate. I went to the DMV and said I want to use my old D.A.R.E. plate, last registered in 2012. I paid registration again and it was done. I have no idea if they checked that it was actually my plate.
