Hi Phil -
How far is your son willing to travel? I know of a couple of great shops, one is minimum a 30 minute ride and another 45. I know of nothing "around the corner" from Rutgers, although I am certain there are a number of "Foreign Car" repair type places. The shops I know are all true Audi Specialist. Let me know.

In Central NJ I'd give Dion at Drive Auto Works a call. He's based in Mountainside (35 min drive / 19 miles from NB). Have used him a few times for our Audis and he's been great. Whatever you do, don't use Redline SpeedWorx. It looks like a fancier place which is why I had gone to begin with, and online reviews were good (unfortunately I didn't look into bad reviews on the forums until too late). Anyway, it is the one and only time in my life I needed to get my CC involved.
