Hey guys, im looking to convert my 89 to coilovers. Does anyone know a good and reputable shop in the New Jersey / NYC / Long Island area that can weld in the reinforcement plates.

I understand its an engine out job so if they are experience with that then its a plus, i may get some engine work done while its out too.

I'd say try DeMan Motorsport, Speedsport Tuning, Bobby Singh, Bill Rudtner. All good shops. Probably some others I am forgetting. Some will have more experience with a G car. Bobby and Bill both race air cooled cars so will have recent relevant experience.
