Three Wheelin'
i bought used an l120 blind logger. motec joe hullet was killer in helping me get it setup. it runs in parrael to the cosworth. and it uses gps for beacon/lap timing, so when i get to the lap point, the blind l120 is recoridng laps, etc and ALL the data from the can bus, but then also passes that blink/lap point thru a harness piece to the cosworth harness piece that normally connects to the beacon receiver. so i end up getting via the motec, gps beacon timing into cosworth.
and then when i get to the garage, and get out of the car, i can just connect, offload the motec data and use I2 pro for data analysis. so the cosworth really just becomes the front end dash from a a display perspective. a nd blind l120 motec logger sits there recording the same data and i can offload it using c125 dash manager, and review in I2pro.
honestly, ive spent a bit of time with cosworth and like probably most up here, am pretty solid with motec, aim, etc.
but man, cosworth just makes me shake my head. not the toolset dash config stuff, but toolbox. i dont know, maybe im just too familiar with motec, but cosworth requires 4 advil before mussing with.
