Default AiM releases library to access XRK files

A little birdy whispered to me about this today:

AiM has released a library for windows (Visual Studio) and Matlab to directly access XRK files now....Very cool of them.

So I'll ask the dumb questions. It looks like this basically opens up the possibility of third party apps, which is particularly interesting I would think to those of us in the OSX and iOS world. Is that right? Is there any possibility that this could open up the possibility of third party video integration app development?

It certainly looks like a forward thinking move.

Certainly an offshoot of OS X development. Testing in Test Flight now. Exciting!

Not really.

DLL = Windows only.

Have any of you tried it yet? It is looking promising to make own tools for some of the lacking parts of race studio
