Anyone have an Aim Reference Lap for 997.2 RS@WGI?
Trying to get ready for my next event at WGI, and trying to do a better job with my braking. I think i'm dragging the brakes a bit too much, so I was hoping to see some reference data on what people do in a 997.2 GT3 RS (ideally with PSC or Trofeo tires). Anyone willing to share a file?
Thanks!

Would you mind explaining what you mean by "dragging the brakes a little"? It would also be helpful to know what sort of lap times you are turning in order to find someone's data who is driving at a comparable or slightly faster pace

My times are consistent in the 2:14 range, theoretical is 2:12.9 on the new pavement. Using PSC2s, and Pagid RS29, no other modifications. These times were at the last Chin day in July, and it was baking hot - 34-36C.
In terms of dragging brakes, what I mean is that entering the braking zone, I know i'm very light on the brakes to start, and brake harder closer to the end of the braking zone, which I know is the opposite of what I should be doing. I bludgeon 1 on a regular basis and I know I don't carry enough speed through 11 for a start. I'm on the brakes longer than I should be, and I'd like to compare and see how badly i'm doing.
Thanks!

Beantown KMan has GOOD reference data!
There's less of a difference in performance potential between cars/tires/layouts than you think. It's all about establishing benchmarks and raising ALL of your control input executions to that level, not just a few or some.
