Why won't brake pressure show on my SmartyCam dash
MXL Pista and SmartyCam 2.
Smarty dash is configured to show Throttle (green) and Brake (red); brake is configured as 'brake press psi' and the scale is 0-750.
RS2 shows brake pressure readings. System Configuration brake reading is based on SM_Brake_SW2 but Bar, not PSI (and that setting is grayed out, not allowing a change to PSI). ECU selected is Porsche-EMS SDI 3.1 Siemens (Cayman S 2009)
So - what am I doing wrong? I am definitely using my brakes.
Thanks for any insights.

I'll be here all week!
Tremblant will be great! We hit up Lime Rock on Monday and Tuesday, then up to Tremblant for some family time and great driving. See you there!

Nice - I hope your son brought his new car!
For Brake Pressure on the Smarty dash, would you select PSI or Bar? And if Bar, what upper range would you select?

It doesn't really matter which you select. If you do bar, you want around 50 for the max. You can look at some of your data and see what you get at the highest braking level (somewhere like Namerow at Tremblant, Turn 1 at the Glen, etc) to see what the max pressure is.

Pro tip: Turn on ignition, turn on dash, turn on camera, plug in computer to smartycam, open race studio 3, open the camera config, click "view live data" (I think that's what it is called) and you can see all the data values being sent by the CAN to the camera. The refresh rate is a little slow but it'll help you validate the data is getting to the camera.
