I'm 99% certain the answer is "yes" but I wanted to check:

Does a Vbox video product record video and data from incomplete laps?

I assume that it does because I understand that the Vbox starts recording automatically as soon as the car goes above a certain speed and stops when it drops below that speed. Circuit Tools that figures out what a lap is from its database of tracks.

I've been using Porsche's Track Precision app and its inability to record incomplete laps has been a source of frustration. I had a nice slide off at turn 8 at Thunderhill last week (fortunately, I ended up on the inside, instead of on the outside, with its roll-inducing ditch) and I had to head back into the paddock. I never completed my last lap, so Track Precision never recorded the lap and all the data about my screw-up was lost. I'm hoping the Vbox video is smarter.
