Download from MXL2 what am I doing wrong?

Download from MXL2 what am I doing wrong?
I've done this before but for some reason I'm having trouble. I have the laptop connected to the MXL2 via USB, and I'm running Race Studio Analysis 2.55. When I click on download, it opens up Race Studio 3. Can't figure out how to proceed from there. Don't see anything in Race Studio 3 on downloading data from the MXL2

RS3 is required for downloading from the MXL2. Select the right hand button in the top left of the RS3 page that opens on your screen, then on the right side of the page, select the download tab.
