Yep they are black rubber rectangles. The car is a Dec. 2012 production.

Will look into that.
Pretty sure I have the latest firmware.
Would you happen to know the latest firmware's version # for the original GP?

Just bought a new SR3RSX...was sold after trying one out at VIR in April....comes June 2nd if all goes to plan and by chance I will be in the UK a few weeks prior so have a factory visit scheduled as the car will be in final assembly. Know the new cars have the latest smartycam GP HD.

Congrats on the new RSX. There were 2 new RSX's and 9 of us all together at Mosport last weekend season opener for the Canadian Radical Challenge Cup series. Nice looking with LED lights and body changes.

Peter or Matt, I see in this example that there is an image for the gear selection...Do you know how I would make that work on a Radical? There is no gear input from the car computer that I am aware of.

Thanks,
Charley

Default AIM SmartyCamGP question.

You need to do the gear calc in the dash. I'll post more about it later.

Here is a video on how to do the gear calc in the MXL https://vimeo.com/31474093

Once you have done that, the MXL will transmit the calculated gear number to the Smartycam and it will be displayed.
