Default Did I brick my SmartyCam?

I was messing around with my new-to-me SmartyCam HD 2.2 last night and while updating the Firmware via RS3 the Windows partition on my Macbook ran out of storage and goofed things up. Now when I start the SCHD I get a message that says "Smarty Update Info System Update ERROR! Press any key to continue..." The device is not visible to me as a connected device in RS3. I've read the AiM SCHD firmware update doc, but no luck there.

Any solutions that don't involve shipping it to AiM??

Nevermind, I solved this already by inserting a fresh SD card with nothing but the Firmware on it into the SCHD and it updated itself...
