Default Race Technology RT Live System

Has anyone here used this setup? https://www.race-technology.com/us/r...oggers_rt-live

It looks pretty good from their demo and the integration live layout and alarms could be nice. With a good HPDE friend doing Verizon cell service, the sim would be cheap. The kicker is the CAN license at $150 for 16 channels on top of the $360 for the device. I might grab one to try out.

It works quite well. Another migration to the cloud platform.

Once you become familiar with Analysis, it’s more configurable and more powerful than RSA.

For those with AiM, there’s an inexpensive connection cable to a Data Hub to take all that information in.

Ping me if you want one.

Their materials say you need the CAN license and the cable. Is that correct? I also assumed they are using the SC stream which wouldn't be my preferred integration. I'd wrote my own CAN output from the AiM and input for the RT Live.

Yes, my understanding is that you’ll need at least a fifteen channel CAN enable. Will check on a custom cable (unterminated) as well, if you like.

I emailed Al this morning before posting, but haven't heard back. The connector is a standard D type, so no problem or custom cable needed on that.
