Motec brake pressure info on Smartycam?
I have a Motec C125 dash in my car with a multitude of Motec sensors including brake pressure all of which is logged and displayed in I2. Does anyone know if it's possible to display the Motec brake pressure information on the Smartycam HD? I am using the Smartycam HD in conjunction with an Aim ECU bridge. Thx...

Absolutely! Do you get any other car information on the SmartyCam right now? RPM? throttle position? Gear?
You will need to add or make a change to the VCS_CompoundFull_Transmit template in the C125 dash configuration (you do this in MoTeC Dash Manager, for the firmware version your dash shows on boot up) the correct brake channel name as listed in Dash Manager.
AiM has some good instructions and explanations here: https://www.aim-sportline.com/downlo...0k_101_eng.pdf but it’s not intuitive. PM me if I can help or I may be able to recommend a resource closer to you.
I’ve been an AiM and MoTeC dealer for almost a decade and this is a very common, very good interoperability between the two systems.

You can certainly do it with your setup, it just has to be setup correctly. Where are you located? Are you comfortable with the software for MoTeC and AiM?

The most common error if some of the info is coming through from the MoTeC is a channel name mismatch in the CAN template in Dash Manager. Easy to fix.
