Don't need to order one. I have one.

Three questions:
1. How tight should the M10 sensor be into the M10 Banjo fitting? Hand+1/6 turn like normal M10 brake fitting?
2. If I'm not using an adaptor to go to a 1/8NPT fitting I assume I don;t need the EPDM O-ring since the sensor connection is M10-M10.
3. Should I use the front or rear port on the MC? It seems like there might be more 'play' in the short brake line from the rear port than the front to accomodate the banjo fitting/bolt length. The front port goes into a 3in long cylindrical device before the ABS unit.. Don't know if that makes a difference.

That sounds about right on the M10 tightness. I've never gone by a spec - it's always been by feel. I don't believe you'll need the o ring. I always use front when doing just 1 circuit, but in practice it probably doesn't matter.

I tried to plumb in the sensor, but hit a snag. The hard line extending into the front port of the MC really went in deep such that I couldn't pry it back far enough without hitting the ABS unit.
Ideally, I'd have to shorten and reflare that line; neither of which I have the capability here to do.
Thoughts - and pic attached.

Bugger. Can you put it on the of the lines after the ABS to a front wheel? I never do it that way, but it should work fine. It would also give you ABS info on the one wheel. Short of that, it might be a custom line. What a bummer after all the work to get that sensor.

Given that the fancy banjo is NLA, why not just use a double banjo bolt with two of the unions (914.355.531.00), one for the Motec sensor and one for the original line feed? (Plumbing is not my specialty.) Dave Barron, would this solve your problem as well?
