Smartycam G Force Indicator
I moved my Aim equipment from a Cayman S to my GT4 and changed the ECU setting in the Solo DL.. My Long/Lat Acc reading in the overlay on the Smarycam is in the 7's which is obviously incorrect. I've tried adjusting the max value value via RS3 to no avail. The g force values in the Solo DL analysis are correct. Any ideas why this is happening?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Select Menu>Settings and scroll down to Accel Cal, press Sel> then Sel again to center the ball in the friction circle. Back out using the center button.
If it is off when it comes up (and I can guarantee that it is), this will fix it.

Thank you for your help. Problem turned out to be calibration. I had performed a calibration but it was so far off I must have had the front wheels high in the air - lol.

Great that you got it fixed! I go with the GPS measures so you don't have to worry about calibration. You're not needing (IMHO) the accuracy of the on board units for the video.

I've not had success assigning logger latG and lonG channels to the SCHD feed. Ever.
Even when they're entered, the internal accelerometers always override.
Hence the need for front button calibration on the camera when moved in position relative to the car or newly mounted.
