FS: Racelogic Video Vbox Lite + Predictive Laptimer
Selling my almost new Racelogic Video VBOX Lite
- Two Camera Setup
- Dual Stereo Microphones, GPS, Canbus wire
- Includes the RaceLogic Predictive Laptimer which is also awesome!
- I will throw in the pictured hard case.
- Original box, manual, wiring etc, everything is included
- Zero issues, only used for two track days!
Selling only because I'm getting out of my track hobby for a while to focus on other things. I will be back some day.
After using a Harry Laptimer, a Solo DL and a Smartycam HD Combo - I can honestly say that from an actual learning and improving point of view as well as convinience, the Racelogic beats everything else handily. Records only in SD however the advantage over a AiM Solo/Smartycam setup is that it provides unrivaled video and data comparison capabilities for amateur track day usage. Unlike AiM Solo/Smartycam, Vbox allows you to video and multichannel data synced together and can review step by step, synced up video / data.
SD vs HD is honestly only relveant from a vanity and show off point of view. for pure learning and analysis SD is fine and actually easier to work with since the files are so much smaller and easier to move around / store.
Also for the BMW owners: Racelogic seems to have decoded the F82 Mx CAN bus to get proper brake pressure 0-100%, where-as AiM CAN channels only offer very limited brake pressure data.
