Default Detailer's Domain and a Ferrari 458 - 40 hours - 160 + pics

This is one of my first customers' Ferrari, an extremely loyal customer and very supportive.
This was the first and most extensive clean up. I'll let the pictures do all of the tell the story.

Total time: 40 hours of work over 3 days

Nice job Phil, looks awesome!

The 458 is the first Ferrari since the 355 that would make me really want to buy one. The styling is breathtaking.

I absolutely love the Spyder. It is an incredible car to drive, beautiful to look at, great sounding engine/exhaust. It's the perfect sports car IMHO.

That paint looked horrible for a new car. Of the 6 Porsches, I've owned, I detailed 5 at delivery and said no to dealer paint prep.
If that was my new Ferrari, I'd refuse delivery.

I wonder what the cost was for that?

You know what would be really useful in any of these threads?
A paint thickness measurement before and after...preferably taken at the same locations.

I wonder how much thinner the paint is getting at each detail job.
