Default Detailer's Domain: Trashed 08 Cayenne

What was done -
Exterior

- Wheels were prepped with Sonax Wheel Cleaner and cleaned up with various brushes
- Tires were spritzed down with Adam’s All Purpose Cleaner and washed down
- Wheel wells were cleaned up
- Pre Washed with Car Pro Iron X
- Wash down and rinsed
- Door jambs were cleaned up
- Clayed
- Dried
- Tires dressed
- Masking
- 3 Step Paint Correction
- Inspection with Fenix, 3m Sun Gun, Infratech, and natural sunlight
- Last Step – Menzerna Power Lock
- Rubber and Plastics Treated
- Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned and sealed
- Exhaust tips cleaned
- Windows were clayed, cleaned, and sealed

Engine
-Cleaned
- Dressed

Interior
-Leather Cleaned and conditioned
-Dash and plastics cleaned
-Vacuumed

Interior Clean Up

Interior was vacuumed with the Metro Vac. Adam's Glass Cleaner was used on the interior glass. Sonax Dashboard Cleaner for the plastics and Sonax Leather Foam on the leather.

Adam's All Purpose
was used on the engine to cut the dust, grime, and dirty. The Uber Boar's Hair Brush was used to agitate the heavier dirty and grime.

Pre Soaked with Car Pro Iron X, IronX did a great job stripping iron deposits off the car.

What is the secret to getting the swill marks out, for example on the 50/50 pics of the door?

Great job Phil, speaking of tools... I'm interested in your sprayer and foam gun. Do you have more pictures of this set up in use?

Thanks... Not a problem, we still have snow on the ground So these are the units you used on the Cayenne in your pictures? What soap did you use? I would like to get those same results as depicted in your photos.

I'm using a wash in the pictures that will strip the wax, I would recommend Adam's Car Wash.

Hey Phil

I used Adams car wash every time I wash the car - I didn't realise it will strip wax. (perhaps thats obvious).

So when I am washing the car is it stripping off all the swissvax I put on a few months back?!!
