I have a '98 C4S built in 9/97. The plastic wheel caps have developed some kind of a film which has now dulled the colored crest on two of the wheels. Any suggestions on how to clean the caps?? Did a search already - - thanks.

Had same problem, tape off silver and paint crest w clear paint. viola, there you go, good as new
