Guards Red 1995 993 Detailed
This Guards Red 911 belongs to the brother of the black Turbo owner. He brought it by for us to spruce up as I had just detailed it about 3 months ago. It was given a 2 step polish with the rotary and dynabrade attachment with Optimum 50/50 and FPII.
We then applied 2 coats of Trade Secret paste wax to ensure full coverage. Again this was only an exterior detail with a vacuum and interior wipe down.
Enjoy the pictures,

Hey thanks everyone, appreciate the kind words.
As noted by Stephen, the dynabrade is a device that connects to a high speed rotary, much like attaching a velcro backing plate, but this device adds an orbital or oscillating "throw" to the machine instead of its normal rotary action.
The unique thing about this type of set up is it can be one hell of an orbital because its not limited to the usual weak motors which power most orbitals. So you can think of it as an orbital on steroids! It's a bit expensive, around $130.00.

Wow, nice looking 993!
I really need to get me a rotary and that dynabrade, it sounds like the ultimate tool for paint correction.
Is it as safe as a RO or do you still need to be careful with burn through and around trim?

Hey Blue,
There should always be a level of caution around trim and emblems even with an RO but even with the greater torque of the dynabrade the risk of burn is slightly greater than your PC type orbital but not as high of a risk as with a rotary.
Thanks also for the compliment.
dmw44,
Thank you also
