Default Clear bra problem

Premier installed a clear bra on my white 04 turbo about 2 years ago. Other than washing the car, I've not been doing any special treatment on the clear bra. I noticed two smears ( sticky substance that you can feel) on one of the fenders. I tried Plexus, hand polish, and then polish with a Porter Cable. The substance still remains. Reminds me of tree sap but don't think it is the smear.
Any help is appreciated. Called Premier on Thursday but they haven't returned the call.

Have you tried an alcohol wipe down on the area in question?

Try that and see how it works.

Anthony, no I haven't. I'll try that and report back. Any special alcohol or just kind purchased from drug store? Thanks

I tried the alcohol rub and the residue didn't come off. It seems that it is embedded. I'll call Premier
and have them replace the clear bra on the effected fender.

Jerry, it does sound like some type of acidic substance got onto the surface of the film. I returned your email already, so please send us some pictures so we can take a look to see what may have damaged the film. Thanks.
