Alright here is my situation. My Atlas Grey 987S' front end, mainly bumper, has bug guts that I am unable to get out even after many washes. Tried clay but that doesn't seen to help me. Anyone have some helpful suggestions as it really bugs the crap out of me to see a silky smooth car and then look at the front bumper and cringe at the residue still in my paint.

Try using Zymol Strik. It's a safe citrus cleaner. You'll apply it to the front, let it sit for about 5 min. and then rinse off and clean with wash mitt. Great stuff to clean the engine, wheel wells, etc. PM me if you want a bottle.

I've been using bug and tar remover made by RainX and the results are excellent. If that doesn't work try using a clay bar, that will work

Are these bug remains or is it bug etching ?

If etching, caused by the caustic nature of bug guts, then nothing will remove it....short of a wetsand and polish or a repaint.

Extreme Simple Green works great. Mix 1 qt of SG to 3 qt of water and spray on. They wipe off easy with a sponge wash. On cars that bugs have been on awhile, there will still have some residue. A wet micro-fiber towel will take care of the rest. This is my car after a trip to the Texas coast last weekend
