Hard water deposits removal tips???
Hi,
My 993 is black and has developed hard water deposits (at least thats what I think it is) around alot of the window mouldings/gaskets and the rubber mouldings at the top of the fenders near the windshield. I purchased some Limeaway but before using it heard it is very acidic and may damage my paint or the rubber gaskets. Is there any safe way to remove these deposits? I don't have access to a water softener so I may have to do this from time to time.
I'm pretty sure the deposits are not from wax residue, just a buildup of minerals or whatever from water sitting in tough to dry areas after washing the car.

This is a professional product which I use and it works great.

Apply it with either a towel or a soft detail brush. You can also try a home remedy with straight isopropyl alcohol.
