Just got mastercare kit from Griots!
Lots of good products. Strange question: Is there anything in here I "shouldn't" use? Just wondering if maybe some of these products arent reccomended for Porsches. Ya never know!

Rich,
Which products did you receive from Griots? I have used some of their products in the past and found then to be excellent I doubt if Griots would package products in a kit that are counterproductive.
Good luck

I received most of what they sell. From what I can recall: paint cleaning clay, glass cleaner, best of show wax, car wash, leather treatment, interior cleaner, wheel cleaner, rubber cleaner, quick wipes, wash mitt, polishing cloths, fine polish, etc, etc....
Already tried the best of show wax on my lexus. I unfortunatley was not impressed. went back to zymol....

Rich,
I have been very happy with all of Griots stuff. Did you clay and use machine polish on the Lexus before you waxed? Are you using an orbital polisher? I feel that on dark cars the Griots gives a better shine but you do need to make sure the paint is properly prepared. I use Zymol detail and Griots speed shine all of the time. Good luck.
