Gotta admit, I didn't see this concept being popular considering Autobahn CC is less than an hour away where you could kill two birds with one stone. This location is less than 5 minutes from my house and I still haven't checked it out. Anyone know how successful they've been?

well they just completed the first vendor building and more condo buildings are under construction. so people are still buying them. Money is cheap now though.
