My internet house hunting has been challenging at best...something I would be interested in is sharing some warehouse space for exotic cars, maybe if 4-6 of us pitched in, we could have ourselves a nice place to wash, work on and store our cars.

You will love the 996/7, it is a very rewarding car to drive and responds very well to mods (if done right). Generally a very good group of enthusiasts as well.
