Hershey Swap Meet April 23rd Event and Hotel Info
April 23rd 2005. Hershey, PA. The Worlds Largest Porsche-only Swap Meet.

If you don't know about the annual Hershey swap meet then listen up. This is the worlds largest Porsche swap meet. People come from all over the world for this event every year. Some come to find parts, some to sell parts and others to just hang out for the weekend with 6000+ fellow Porsche drivers. This is the one Porsche event that you do not want to miss. The Rennlist hotel for this event is the Harrisburg Wyndham located just 5 min. from the park. We have a group rate of $99 per night with up to 4 people per room. The rate is good for the nights of April 22nd and 23rd. We only have a limited number of rooms available at this rate so call and reserve as soon as you can. Most people are staying both nights (22nd & 23rd). The Rennlist group rate is valid for one or both of those dates. To reserve call 1-800-Wyndham and request the "Rennlist" group rate for the Harrisburg Wyndham. All rooms do have high speed internet access so we will have live updates for all that cannot make it.
Saturday night April 23rd after the swap meet we will be having a gathering in one of the meeting rooms of the Wyndham Harrisburg. The event will start at 6:30pm and will run until 9:30pm. It will be catered and we will have a cash bar. There will also be a bunch of door prizes to be given away. If you plan on joining us you do need to pre register. Cost is $18 per person and space is limited. The link to register for the Saturday night event will be posted here later next week.
On Friday night we will have an unofficial meeting at the Appalachian Brewing Co. This is a chance for everyone to meet and relax before the big swap meet on Saturday. http://www.abcbrew.com/Hbgmain.html Same place as last year.
If you are flying in the airport of choice is Harrisburg International (MDT). There are still reasonable tickets available if you live too far away to drive.

Everyone attending the dinner will receive a raffle ticket for the donated prizes. People reserving a room at the Wyndham will receive an additional ticket for each room reserved. The raffle will be held at the dinner on Saturday after the swap meet. Some of the prizes already donated retail for well over $100 each so you are not going to want to miss this.
Also, we will have 200 event T shirts to be given away. These are free for all Rennlist members and will be handed out all weekend. At the ABC on Friday night, the swap on Saturday morning and the Dinner on Saturday night. Again, thank the sponsors above for donating to help pay for all the shirts.
