Need help from someone in MN

And would be willing to help me with paying a visit to someone not shipping a bumper I have paid for please pm me. The seller has gone dark but actually is in the carbon fiber business and I know is conducting business still. It’s an oem front bumper I need picked up and shipped. Willing to compensate for your time.
