Coolant temp gauge error

Coolant temp gauge error
I have a 2008 Cayenne Turbo. Recently it had stuck thermostat changed by official Porsche workshop. Now it warms up properly and keeps the coolant temp in 80 deg during winter highway driving. The car has Webasto installed which preheats the coolant to 60 deg. The problem is that when starting the car after Webasto preheating, instrument cluster coolant temp gauge shows 0 deg. When checking the coolant temp simultaneosly with OBD2 reader it shows correctly 60 deg. When that happens, iCarsoft scanner gives P3082 error code: Signal implausible - Coolant temperature stuck (stuck). When the error happens and car is turned off and immediately back on, the coolant gauge shows correctly 60 deg. Sometimes it shows correctly on the first start and there is no error code.
Does the instrument cluster gauge get temp reading from the same sensor as OBD2 reader?
Why it differs from OBD2 temp reading?
Could the problem be air in the coolant system, faulty instrument cluster or coolant temp sensor?
