Sorry about the late response but yes, if your Cayenne was purchased as a CPO then you should have gotten a "We owe you" sheet with the new fey fob listed. The CPO inspection form does have a line asking if there are two keys present. You will have to talk the the dealer where you awquired the Cayenne instead of PCNA. That said, depending on the dealership they may just tell you that it's on you to get the second fob since you signed the paperwork and took poxession of the vehicle. I hope you have a dealer that puts client satisfication first.
