Reading this and other "waiting" threads, I'm coming to the same conclusion others have, which is that TYD is not reliable when it come to updating various schedule events. While some folks are seeing TYD updating seemingly on schedule, others are seeing lag times between when events actually occurred and what TYD reports.
Seems we need to continue to rely on nagging our SAs for emails of screen captures of their internal build schedule instead.
It's a first-world problem, sure. But one might hope for a bit more "excellence in all things" from Porsche. The small details of the larger experience always matter.

My e-hybrid finishes on the 6th of July so if they ship really fast I will get it on the 26th or 29th which is the official global delivery date for all cayenne owners. Car locked 3-4 days ago and I guess is starting production soon. They have already assigned a VIN number.

I'll be surprised if any American buyers get their 2024 Cayennes before August or September, possibly even October. The EPA has to approve all new models, and that can take months, in which case any cars at port just stay in port until they are cleared by EPA (and then by CARB for all buyers in CARB states, which can take another 2-4 weeks). I've not heard that the EPA has cleared any 2024 Porsches yet.

My Cayenne started the manufacturing process on June 1st. It was scheduled to be complete on June 8th. The tracker is still showing it in stage 4 - manufacturing process. The boat leaves on the 20th...

The delivery date of my hybrid coupe to my Houston dealer has been moved back from 20Sep23 to 9Oct23. If this trend continues, it'll conveniently coincide with our planned Thanksgiving trip to Austin.

Some European dealers have received their cars and their first customer cars. I can really confirm this since I have actually "secretly" viewed and sat in a new E3.2.

I though i answered on this. The april production cars should be at the US Ports soon. Surely porsche must have thought for a solution since they decided to have a worldwide launch on the 26th of July.

I received a frustrating update from my dealer today (after me calling to ask for an update).
I ordered about 6 weeks ago.
At that point I was told a Q2/Q3 build.
It then slipped to Q4, after another dealer saying they could get me one for July, I called to cancel. All of a sudden, they had a cancellation for a July build.
My spec locked today and which happen to coincide with a “delay” to an Aug build and September delivery.
Very frustrating, the cynic in me thinks a July build never existing and said what they need to in order to keep the order.
