I have a question. IsTYD supposed to show the location of the specific ship when in transit?
Since crossing the Panama Canal, TYD has been showing a completely different location than tracking the vessel the SA said it was on. SA said the car is on Wild Rose Leader which is supposed to go to San Diego around 6/2. Our Cayenne is supposed to be in Benicia by 6/1.
Example of tracking both a couple days ago:

oh i have my car. bought off the lot in Nov. 2024 carrara w barrique base coupe. i wish it had some features. but the color combo was what i wanted and it was the only one on lot at the time in the U.S. sport exhaust is the one item am waiting for them to make so i can add it. originally i had an audi sq8 on order w carbon fiber trim, and went for the cayenne instead after waiting a year and a half for the sq8. i like the idea of the carbon fiber mirrors. i may add them. the rear carbon diffuser probably requires the sport design rear bumper and i don’t have that. i just have the tupperware down low.

Can someone give me an idea as to how long it takes for the non hybrid cayennes to leave the US port once they arrive? My cayenne is coming into Jacksonville in 3 days, dealership is Melbourne Fl, thank you

I don't think there is any close answer to that. Mine arrived in San Diego and I got the call from the dealership 4 days later. I saw some arrive in Benecia and sat there for a week and a half. Some of those hybrids sat in dock for a month.

Hybrids have stayed in port for weeks to a month or so with some Turbo Hybrids being last ones to release...while others have seen their cars released in days. Depends on port inventory and any holds as well as number of cars in the transport system overall. My SA said they got my hybrid earlier than planned as Porsche made the decision to release the hybrid's to NON-CARB states as they had EPA approval already and did not delay while current CARB approval is pending. SA also noted that Ports do have some limits to capacity and with inbounds still being dropped off they do eventually need to move the cars already there as new ones are coming in from the factory still. So hopefully you guys/gals get your cars sooner vs later.

The new Lizard Mobile (base hybrid) has been delivered. Montego blue over brick red. Observations (more to come):
- it’s fun to drive even with the extra weight. PDCC may have something to do with that. That said, it’s not a 911
- braking in e-power, hybrid and sport mode is quite smooth without any rough transitions. Apart from the engine revs, I don’t notice downshifts
- the electric to ICE handoff occurs seamlessly
- the brick red interior is more brown than the photos depict
- while the pics show a lot of black plastic, you don’t really notice it when you’re inside with the doors shut
- the HVAC haptic panel works well
- so does the gear selector
- I got a standard (heated) steering wheel and would have preferred a fatter one
- even though I got the 14 way Comfort Seats, the bolster is bothersome when exiting. The sport seats would be a bitch for me; younger drivers might not notice
- I apparently have Active Lane Assist. I didn’t buy that
- storage space is scarce (to be charitable)
Mrs Lizard and I will hang out in SE TX for a few days and then drive it home. I will update observations and pics as warranted.
