Default Cayenne S Delivery

Hello everyone, just curious to see if anyone has taken delivery of the S in North America, or heard of any solid delivery dates? I ordered my S in February 2018, many delivery push backs! My SA said possibly be delivered in March, Still a PSCB (which I ordered) delay?
Thanks in advance.

Just standard brakes...

Ordered mine in November. It’s on the Eurasian highway arriving Jan 4 at davisville. Regular brake. Not sure what the wait time at the port is but given there are already quite a bit of inventory at the dealers, I can’t imagine it’s too long. I am
being told sold cars also take priority over dealers’showroom cars in terms of getting on the truck.

Did a little digging here on Rennlist and learned that other Porsches (991.2) that were on the same ship, the Rhea Leader, as my S (standard brakes) were delivered to other Los Angeles areas dealers on 12/28. I have not received an update from the salesperson as to why we do not yet have the car. Will post any reply here.

Cheers,

My dealer has '19 Cayenne S models in stock (though none with PSCB as far as I know?).

My Cayenne S with standard brakes arrived in Benecia, CA on Sunday 12/29. It is still there.
Ordered October 7th, 2018.
I may find out more today, but I am wondering if the government shutdown is affecting customs clearance?
For what its worth...my ship took 6 weeks from Emden to Benecia, CA. Spent 3 days in Bristol, England and 7 days in Halifax. Orbited outside San Diego for 3 days. All other stops were routine and took only about 12 hours. I suspect there must have been a mechanical issue with the ship.

Update - 1/3 vehicle released for transport to Utah.

Heard from the salesperson yesterday (1/2). My S (standard brakes, ordered 10/12) has supposedly been released for transport to the dealer and is awaiting trucking. Hopefully this is true as I have a two day window in the next 2.5 weeks to take delivery.

Cheers,

I am on it too. It just arrived. Let’s see how long it takes to get it on the truck. Car heading to NYC.
