2019 roof cross bars

Hi,

Anybody know if the roof cross bars from my 2013 will work on my new 2019 when it appears?

Probably not. The new ones are flush with the roof while the old ones ha e space between the rails and the roof.

I saw that, however the profile of the bar is the same, a little wider at the top then notches in, and that’s where the bars clamp. So even though the void between the roof and rail is filled, I’m curious if it will work.
