Default CTTS issues

Check engine light on Sunday according to wife. Drove it today and got a PSM failure and auto start/stop deactivated message. Engine pretty rough, especially when you give it gas. Had it towed to the dealership. I'm thinking fuel pump. Anybody had this? It's a 2014 CTTS.

sounds close to what happened with my 2014 ctts. i had only 1876 miles the car and coming back from a day of skiing the check engine light came on along with "reduced power warning " message. car ran bad on the way back - way underpowered. my dealer found the high power fuel pump was defective and replaced it. i was told these cars have several fuel pumps . evidently this was located somewhere on the firewall / cowling. have had no problems since. dan

Coilpacks are a wear item like plugs. 30K seems a bit premature, but it may have simply been defective. Make sure they check all the coilpacks for cracks and arcing.
