Default 958 CTT Rotor Source

Hello all,

I'm looking for a source for reasonably priced front brake rotors for my 2012 CTT. The usual aftermarket sources have lots of rotors ranging from 330 - 350 mm but I'm having a hard time finding the correct 390 mm rotors.

Any leads?

Right now it appears the only source for 390mm rotors is Porsche. No aftermarket - although I'd love to be proven wrong on that. It's why I'm on the 2nd set of pads on the original rotors. They are within spec..

I got everything from Gaudin for $1,400 shipped.

Front rotors: $236.69
Rear Rotors: $153.40

Front Pads: 256.57
Rear Pads: $124.30

All new hardware also and then $70 to ship.

Those are great prices for the rotors.. if they'd been this cheap when I was doing the pads I would have done them (at that time retail price was around $500/each.) I think you could pick alternative pads if you wanted to save a few bucks. Mine would be hard to beat - TRW pads - $30 for the entire front axle. An Amazon "Open-Box" deal - they were in perfect condition and identical to what I took out. They also seem to work identically.

There are aftermarket rotors available, though I was hoping someone with first hand experience could comment as to quality and any issues.

Joel, that explains why Porsche dropped the price. They have competition now.. it looks as if that vendor is selling Zimmerman and perhaps OE rotors: http://stores.ebay.com/eEuroparts-co...&_sid=26022540 basically the same price. ~$188/each.

Zimmerman is made in Germany and may well be one of the OE suppliers for Porsche. I've had good luck with them on BMWs.
