Default BT Telephone Scratch

Hi

We have a 2010 Cayenne Diesel with BT System. Every time i talk in the telephone, there are noises and scratching in the speakers. When we hear radio, CD etc, there is musci and no scratching or noises .

Have any of you ever heard about that.

I hope I'm not thread jacking this too much. I assumed the OP was asking a different question but it could be written the same way in the title.

Does anyone with a PCM 3.1 (09-10+?) know how to delete a phone from the previous BT list? It says delete but then it refuses to actually delete it.

Just wondering if this is something that has been encountered before.

I recently experienced that in my 2014 Cayenne turbo with my iPhone 7plus. I deleted the phone from the menu and re-paired it and it repaired it! (sorry, couldn't help it.)
