I moved from Dallas to Knoxville over the weekend and towed a rented 6' x 12' trailer from UHaul that was loaded up with approx 1500lbs of stuff for a 3500lb total. Since we were in a caravan of vehicles, we didn't go drive quickly. The Cayenne easily handled this load (not surprising since it is less than half of rated weight), but I was impressed that I averaged 19 mpg.

Such an impressive tow vehicle. Sorry to see the diesel engine going away...
