Default Coding to Reverse +/- Shift Pattern?

Has anyone had experience with this yet? After searching a bit, I find that there is software out there to make the Manual Mode work correctly, IE, push for downshift and pull for upshift. Just curious what the most efficient way to do this is. There's no way I'm reversing my brain to accomodate a silly and unexplained engineering glitch on Porsche's side! lol I'd way rather have it work as it should - and should have from the factory.

So are most of you just living with it, or have you made the change?

Problem is, I also have an M5 and drive it in manual mode 95% of the time. The automatic profile on the early SMG cars was an afterthought at best, so the thought of switching back and forth per vehicle just sounds like a recipe for disaster lol
