46mpg on my chipped (305hp) diesel - beat that :)

I just did this 10km run out of curiosity.

5.1l/100km = 46mpg
67km/h = 42mph

3.0TDI chipped to 305hp.

Love my Cayenne diesel

Your euro spec motor is not the same as North American version and neither is fuel quality available on this side of the pond.

True, but that would be cheating. I was going on a regular (flat) road. The trafic was minimal though - no overtaking. At times it was showing even 4.9L/100km.

I'm running a custom tune from a local VAG specialist. I'm not sure the engines are any different - lots of US imported Cayennes in Poland, they seem to drive just the same.
