Looks like you're asking about the blind spot warning on 2011+ model year Cayennes. There is a little button in the upper left hand corner of the mirror controls on the drivers side that turns it on and off.

There's also settings in the MFD (the round screen in the gauge pack, to the right of the tach. Use the right scroll wheel on the steering wheel to access the menus for it.
