Default Cayenne 2015 Clear Side Marker Lens

Can't seem to find a clear lens to replace the orange one on the front fender. Thought this would be simple. Yes 2011-2014 but won't fit the 2015 updated Cayenne. Understand that I'll need an orange bulb ... that's easy. But no clear or smoked lens to be found. Any ideas or help?

Hi NoSpark, welcome to the forums. I'll move your question/message over to the correct forum where someone will undoubtedly tell you about a source and how to change them.. Your 2015 Cayenne is what we call a "958" or "958.2" - and we have a forum just for those cars.

Hang on.. moving commencing..

I don't think they exist. Hopefully they will at some point.

The option to select "Generation 3 - 2011+" makes me nervous about the whole offering.

In 2015, the side markers changed, so they are not the same as the Generation 3 - 2011+.

The clear side markers we all want are European spec. In the USA amber are required. With the 958.2 they dropped the side markers from the non-us models. No source for the clear...bummer. Notice the side marker has been moved to bumper wrap instead of fender.

I'm also annoyed they don't sell clear side markers. The only solution I've seen is basically tint it with Lamin-x. Even that is ridiculously hard to find. Honestly- with my 2015 CS I'm shocked at the lack of aftermarket tuning of the simplest items. Seems tuners ran to the macan and other makes after the 958 came out, ignoring the 958.2.

Yes that's correct. Setting the PASM to SPORT does not put the engine/transmission into a sportier mode. However if you simply pressed the SPORT mode for the engine/transmission , the PASM defaults to the Sport mode suspension. You can change it then though to whatever suspension you want. At least this is how it works on my 15 CS with all air suspension, PASM, sport chrono etc etc.

It’s now about 3 months after the ECU reflash. I drove back from AZ to the Bay Area and after about 8hrs I had a similar issue but not as bad as before. Driving around town I notice no issue at all. However lately my mpg is about 13 to 14mpg. Anyone with the reflash on a CS with the V6TT getting 17mpg it higher? I have never seen it.. just wondering what to do next. New air filters. Maybe time for an oil change just to clear possibility suspects.

Does the lower portion of the fender flares have a notch across it? Typically this means painting the arch, and leaving a bit of the bottom black to match black side skirts.

Also- how much is shipping to 94086? Contemplating the deal. Thanks!

I just wrapped mine with black 3M Vinyl (black cayenne). BMW guys sell painted reflectors, these will just be black until an aftermarket option is available.

Lamin-X sells tint that will cover the side markers and at least make them look acceptable until a different solution comes along... https://www.lamin-x.com/SearchResult...Covers&Submit=

Looks like Suncoast has developed clear side markers for the 958.2. https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/9582SIDES.html. I tinted the ones on the GTS and like the results so will probably stay with that.

Now whether to go clear or tinted. I'd like to at least have them match the rear tails but it looks like the tinted version may be too dark...

I used Lamin-X gunsmoke on mine. Suncoast tint does look a bit dark but the picture is on a white car. May want to call them for more info. Pictures of before and after tint install
