Cayenne experts: We have 2 Cayennes; a 2010 Cayenne GTS (957) and a 2017 Cayenne GTS (958). Long, and sad story, ..., health reasons, she only put 1,250 miles on the '17 and I will be selling the '10 now with only 28,000 miles. Photos and question: Can I put the Snow wheels and tires from the 2010 on her 2017, or do I need to buy another set of wheels?
(I was planning on keeping the '10 for sentimental reasons and frankly the V8 rumble is amazing...but...)
Would a 53 and 57mm offset affect me using 18s instead of 21s, it seems I will be ok otherwise ? I sumhow recall that my 21" wheeels have 4mm spacers but cant recall where I read this ?
according to the Porsche document,I linked above - 2015+ GTS required 19"
2011-2014 GTS will take 18" with standard brakes, or 20" if ceramic brakes
I really don't care what the Porsche document says.. I own a '11 Turbo, same brakes as his GTS, and 19" clears the caliper by about 1/4". Porsche uses special flat wheel weights for the balancing. 1/2" smaller radius isn't gonna do it. And try to find someone who has run 18" on the 958 GTS. Since he owns the 18" it certainly might be interesting to try them on the 958, but I don't think there will be any joy. IF they fit over the caliper without actually scraping it I'd be surprised, and putting wheel weights on it? Not happening.
BTW - turbo/gts steel brakes = 390mm, the ceramic = 410mm, making the radius difference 10mm (0.4"). I've never seen 20's on the ceramics (all the ones I've seen have the sport-turbo 21" rims), but if we go by the logic of what you're quoting, it would seem 19" would fit the ceramics. They won't.

I gotta go with Don here. My '17 GTS wears 20" summer and 19" winter and there's definitely not a lot of clearance for the 19's on the front.
I don't think spacers would make enough difference as the barrel of the rims does not seem to 'taper' such that an offset would help clear the caliper. Now, I haven't measured anything to 'prove it' but I'm willing to go with Porsche's guidelines on this.

I am trying to say there is a difference in fit on 958 GTS pre and post facelift.
Please don't even ATTEMPT to mount/position the 18" set on the 958 GTS, you'll just start scraping everything up as the nice painted caliper starts scuffing the inside of the barrel of the wheel, and vice versa. Ugh.
Thank you folks, I got my answer. I think that I will put this off until next March. At that time I will sell the ‘10 and put the ‘17 in service.
Next year I will look for a spare set of 20” or 21” snow wheels/tires for the ‘17.
