Not really. I've been checking with the major companies and no one has custom software yet.

VR Racing and RaceChip have piggyback tunes, but I've been waiting for GIAC or Cobb to come out with a true custom tune or a Cobb Accessport.

Same here. They’ve already got tunes for the Macan turbo which is the same engine. How hard is it to get the same for the S and GTS? Is there any hope for this being brought to market by Cobb, GIAC, etc?

I just picked up a new to me 2015 Cayenne S. Waiting to see what aftermarket software is available as well... This should be simple right? I wonder what the blockers are. Any Cobb etc vendors here to explain, or need a list of people interested? What is the difference in the GTS vs the S for that 20hp? More boost etc? A 3.6L TT cant be hard to hit 500hp.
